MYCRONIC MY100LXE

The continuous improvement of product quality must be your concern when growing a business. The MY100LXe model is here to make sure that your production line will produce high-quality products. You can choose to use the basic, entry-level configuration, or upgrade to the high-speed placement head, in order to achieve a high speed of 16,000 components per hour and elements.

PILLARHOUSE JADEPRO

The Jade Pro gives us the ability to produce identical finished products with easy repeatability. Top and bottom pre-heaters help with flow through on multi-layered boards. Since flux is applied locally, there is no need to mask certain components. There is no need for using glue. It is equipped with Leaded and Lead-Free Pots. The software also allows for specific parameters to be programmed for each part if necessary.

MYCRONIC MY600

There are things you can do with a jet printer that simply are not possible with a stencil. One of the challenges of using stencils is that you can only deposit one even layer of paste across the whole board. Your paste is only as thick as the stencil your using.  Your QFP's and 0402's have just enough solder paste, but your 1206's and large inductors will be shorted. This will not be an issue with a jet printer.

MAXFLO SPRAY BOOTH

With the MAXFLO spray booth we are able to apply different types of conformal coating to all products based on our customers specific needs. This final step of circuit board assembly is being requested more frequently.
